1. Alignment call

We start with a free, no-pressure conversation about your business — what you need your website to do, who it’s for, and what “done” looks like for you. No payment required to get to this stage.

2. Proposal

Based on that call, we send you a clear, written proposal: what we’ll build, what it costs, and how long it’ll take. No surprise line items later — if scope changes, we tell you before we do the work, not after.

3. Build

Once you accept, we get to work. We use efficient, modern tooling to build fast without sacrificing quality, and every build is checked by a real person before it ships to you. You’ll see progress along the way, not just a final reveal.

4. Launch

We handle the technical side of going live — domain, DNS, hosting, SSL, email — so your site launches properly configured and secure from day one. Your domain is registered in your name from the start.

5. Care Plan

This is where funda is different from a typical agency handoff. Every build continues onto a monthly Care Plan: hosting, business email, domain renewal, SSL, backups, a monthly allowance of content edits, and support — all bundled into one bill, so your site stays fast, secure and current long after launch.

Cancel any time, month to month — but most clients stay, because it’s genuinely easier than managing five separate suppliers themselves. And if you ever do leave, your domain and your content go with you.
